10 YEARS OF MEGASLAM HITS VENUES!
Another season commences at Megaslam, but this time it’s a bit special! The company launched the 10 Year Anniversary Tour on January 4th in Coalville. The tour will stop at more towns than ever before and is all about celebrating 10 Years of Megaslam!
It’s been a monumental rise for the South Yorkshire born company, whose first crowd was just under 50. Megaslam are now performing near to 300 Live Events per year to packed houses nationwide and even the Isle Of Man. Most popular venues over the past 10 years will be getting a visit, as well as some brand new ones and the line ups are looking better than ever!
Already events in Coalville, Nottingham and Bradford attracted more than 1200 fans. ‘Along with the Christmas Spectacular Tour and the opening of our 10 Year Anniversary Tour, we have welcomed close to 3,000 fans across 5 events’
BIG JANUARY FOR MEGASLAM STARS
IT’S a big month for the Megaslam stars with 12 events in the month of January. After the crowds in Coalville, Nottingham and Bradford got a taste of the 10 Year Tour, it’s the turn of Stoke on Trent this weekend (12 Jan), 10 years to the day of the company holding it’s first event. ‘The Warrior’ Paul Malen returns to the Megaslam ring to take on Action Man Stixx, 2 of Megaslam’s favourites battle as Danny Hudson defends his Megaslam Championship against CJ Banks, plus action from ‘The Unit’ Mickey Barnes, ‘Lightning’ Luke Jacobs, Liam Carr, ‘El Gringo’ Craig West and The Sheikh.
13th January sees a Barton Upon Humber return after a succesfull event in 2017. A sell out is then expected at new venue, Sutton Coldfield Town Hall (18 Jan) before welcome returns to Melbourne and Fareham on 19 January, both with a 7.30pm start time and Coventry rounds up that weekend on the 20th. January ends with a spectacular return to Colne for the 5th year running on the 25th, a huge debut at Grimsby on the 26th and another stop in Northampton on the 27th.
Popular Liam Carr heads off to Canada for a 2 month tour after his Barton Upon Humber appearance but will be replaced by Joe Bailey, son of Wrestling Legend William Regal for appearances throughout January and February.
