CAPTAIN: DEREK
Team Megaslam go into the Megaslam 2024 Live Tour with high hopes, confident they have assembled their strongest ever squad!
In a move which is sure to please all Team Megaslam families, the captain for 2024 will be none other than undoubtedly the most popular star at Megaslam, DEREK!
Derek mentioned during the opening of the Megaslam 2024 Live Tour in Liverpool that he is determined that Team Megaslam come out on top in 2024 by bringing the Megaslam Championship back to his team.
Alongside Derek will be incredible characters such as former 2 time Megaslam Champion, the super-hero ‘Action Man’ Stixx, Joey Hayes, Scotland’s tattooed warrior BT Gunn and the sure to be very popular Nathan Angel. Alongside the aforementioned will be a star who impressed during late 2023, Ashton Smith and hard hitter Ripper Reed.
As the January-April season of Megaslam 2024 Live Tour action continues, you never know who may turn up to help the cause, just like ‘The Beast’ Eddie Hall did back in 2023 (image below)
LET’S GET…NASTY!
CAPTAIN: MARTIN KIRBY
Firing back at Team Megaslam’s recruiting with an equally impressive squad is Team Nasty.
Team captain and Megaslam Champion, the fan dubbed ‘Master of Miserable’ Martin Kirby states he is hell-bent on retaining the Megaslam Championship in camp Nasty and will do whatever it takes!
Team Nasty 2024 will feature some VERY imposing characters such as Rampage Brown, a truly hard-hitting heavyweight in every sense of the world. Direct from New Zealand, we have the petrifying ‘Maori Warrior’ NIWA (look at those eyes!!) - Of course, we cannot forget Team Nasty’s brand new recruit from Team Megaslam, the now named ‘Mean Machine’ Massimo. Joining them will be ‘The Millionaire’ The Sheikh - a very well rounded star with the mouth to back up his moveset! Bare knuckle fighter Spike Savage will be on hand and insists he is ready to ‘get his hands dirty’.
Nasty have spoken about many surprise additions to their team throughout the year, so let’s keep our eyes peeled!
